Solutions Medical Transport is a locally owned and operated business in North Georgia. SMT has safely and successfully transported patients, caregivers, and families to their medical appointments or visits. We pride ourselves in maintaining a young fleet of easy-entry comfortable vans that provide comfortable rides. Our drivers are safety trained, background checked, and yearly re-certified on medical transport. Additionally, our staff is composed of well-trained members who are all CPR certified including an EMT, a paramedic, and a registered nurse.
We treat every transport like how we would expect our closely-held loved ones to be treated. We go out of our way to cater to your transportation needs.

Solutions Medical Transport is committed to safe and comfortable transportation every time. Our drivers are evaluated by our Safety Coordination committee every year to determine the need for additional training. Second, we provide our drivers with quarterly refresher courses on safe driving principles, road changes, and traffic law amendments. We are committed to making sure that each transport is a success.
Our vehicles are maintained with the strictest guidelines. Every morning, our drivers complete a multi-point checklist not limited to tire tread depth, fluids, brake pad wear, and windshield wiper effectiveness. Our vehicles don’t run until they have been certified as road-worthy daily. We partner with top-rated mechanics that provide the best maintenance to our fleet.

Professionalism, safety, and courtesy are our founding principles. SMT partners with different hospitals, insurance providers, long-term care facilities, healthcare providers, and healthcare networks to stay abreast of the best ways in serving our clients. We routinely evaluate our transportation practices and whenever the need for improvement is noticed, we address it. We stay focused on improving our operations to provide the best possible experience for each transport.
